Wealthsys provides a platform for mutual fund investments, financial product information, and advisory tools. We act as a facilitator between users and Asset Management Companies (AMCs). Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Wealthsys does not guarantee any returns on investments. Users are prohibited from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, misrepresenting their identity, or attempting to breach the Platform's security architecture. Wealthsys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the services offered.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Wealthsys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or content.

Wealthsys is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, or statements made on these external sites.
